Group Band/Dance Troupe Pictures

Photography for groups of 2 or more members begins at $525. Fees vary depending upon complexity of the photo concept. Please call with a description of your ideas for an estimate.

Live Performance Pictures

Live performance pictures are available. Prices for performance coverage begin at $375 for shows and concerts. Prices vary depending upon length of the performance and amount of coverage needed. Call for an estimate.

Fees are due the day of the shoot. A $100 deposit is required to hold your shoot date. Deposits are refundable until 48 hours before the shoot.

A la Carte Add-ons:

• Extra rolls of film: $50 each
• Additional 8x10 prints: $30
• Retouched high-resolution scans: $15 and up per frame
• Additional mileage: $.50 per mile after 50 miles roundtrip
• Other sized prints available ranging from wallet-size to 48x48. Call for details.
• On-line web hosting of images, $20 per three months.

Discounts:

• Baltimore Theatre Alliance, Actors Center and Baltimore Bellydance members are eligible for a $50 discount. Membership cards must be shown.
• All students are given a $50 discount for any type of session. Students must have a valid ID or be obviously under 18.
• No more than one discount maybe used at a time.

Business Policies:

Cancelations: If you need to cancel your shoot, all of your $100 deposit is refundable until 48 hours before the shoot. After that time, your deposit is non-refundable, due to expenses already incurred by the photographer.

Advanced Payment: All photography services must be paid for in advance or at time of ordering. This includes retouching and additional prints. Shoots must be paid for the day of or before.

Bounced Checks: Bounced checks will be charged a $50.00 service fee. Full payment must be made in 30 days or an addition $50 fee will apply. Payment not received within 60 days will be turned over to a collection agency.

Delinquent Payment: Full payment must be made in 30 days or an addition $50 fee will apply. Payment not recieved within 60 days will be turned over to a collection agency. Photos will not be delivered untill full payment is received.

Refunds: Refunds are not given for aesthetic reasons on photographic or retouching services.

Minors: All subjects must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian for the duration of the shoot.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change. Posted prices are accurate, up to date, and honored at all times. Quoted prices are honored up to 12 months from time of estimate except for sale prices. Sale prices are valid only during sales.
